WEIGH-IN - WEEK 36 POST-OP

Just passed my 8 month anniversary last week... it's been another slow month!! After hitting ONDERLAND last month, I wavered up & down a few pounds until finally this week I was consistently down a few! Slow, frustrating, but positive movement, so I'm not complaining!!! 

Highest weight: 285 lbs

Pre-op weight: 265 lbs
Previous weight:199.2 lbs
This week's weight: 197 lbs

Loss this past month: 2.2 lbs
Loss since surgery: 68 lbs
Overall loss: 88 lbs

   

Because of the slow weight-loss, I decided to line up all of the side view pictures I have since the beginning, so here you go... before @ 272lbs & 8 month @ 198lbs, 74lb difference!
